Shipping & Returns
Policy

Thank you for supporting independent, made-to-order merchandise. Everything you see in our store is custom-printed, not mass-produced, not sitting in a warehouse, and definitely not waiting for capitalism to tell it where to go. Every shirt, hoodie, or whatever else we design is made just for you the moment you order it.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you:

  • Ordered the wrong size or color

  • Changed your mind

  • Had second thoughts after checkout

We all have to be accountable — so please take a moment to read the product descriptions, review sizing charts, and make sure you know what you’re ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

That said, we’re not monsters. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back. You have 30 days from delivery to contact us with a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or refund — your choice. And no, you don’t need to send the item back. We’re not Amazon, and we’d rather not clog up landfills — or your conscience — with unwanted returns.

Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or major events, fulfillment times may be slightly longer — but we’ll keep you in the loop.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and what you order. We do our best to keep shipping as affordable and fair as possible, but please note that rates may fluctuate due to:

  • Carrier pricing changes

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Regional or global disruptions

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within:

  • 5–10 business days for U.S. orders

  • 7–21 business days for Canadian orders

Canadian customers: delivery times may vary depending on your postal service and customs delays.

Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather

  • Postal or customs delays

  • Strikes

  • Global supply chain disruptions

If a major issue is affecting deliveries, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Failed Deliveries

If your package can’t be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

…we can offer a discounted reprint or a partial refund. Please double-check your shipping info before completing your order.

Print Tolerances

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items, there is a standard tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in design placement. Minor shifts in placement are normal and not considered defects.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizing, color selection, or changes of mind.

  • For failed deliveries, you may request a discounted reprint or a partial refund.

  • Print placement may vary slightly (up to 0.5") and is not a defect.
